Turmeric in my Smoothie. How does it taste? 

It’s amazingly good. Here’s my recipe. 

I first juiced beets, carrots, cabbage, and apples. I then put two cups of this fresh juice into the blender with banana, mango, avocado, flaxseed powder, macca powder, peanut butter powder, cinnamon, clove of garlic and a pinch of salt. 

Simply yummy. I also added two “simple mills” soft chocolate chip cookies. Yes you can! With so many healthy ingredients I can afford to be a little decadent. :-)

Green Pea Soup- Quick & Easy & Yummy! 

Here is my recipe for one of the most delicious soups I've ever had.  Top tip. Rinse your frozen veggies with water. They will taste much better!

Recipe

1/2 cup frozen green peas

1/2 cup frozen broccoli

1/2 cup frozen corn

1/2 small red onion chopped

1 tomato chopped

tsp butter, sesame oil, or olive oil

tsp sea salt or salt substitute

1 cup water

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Start at low speed and increase to highest speed. 

Pour soup into pot and heat just until warm. Do not overcook. 

I like to put rice crackers in my soup. 

The taste is so good.
